The BESTORQ X3 fabric-wrapped V-belts introduce a new generation of wrapped V-belt performance. These belts are constructed using highly engineered, high-performance components that are manufactured using the latest global belt technology. The helically wound tensile cords are made of a pre-stretched polyester material that is specially engineered, twisted, and then set by both heat and chemical means. Testing has demonstrated that the tensile decay properties of BESTORQ Cord are truly world-class.

The X3 V-belts are remarkably uniform and smooth-running, with excellent adhesion between components and low-stretch tensile cords that result in very low elongation. This means they will not require any rechecks or retensioning if installed at the correct recommended tension.

The body rubber compound is a highly engineered synthetic rubber formulation, specially compounded for cool running, flexibility, crack resistance, and excellent bonding to the outer fabric and tensile cords. The outer fabric wrap is treated with oil and heat-resistant, engineered synthetic rubber compound, specifically compounded for excellent wear resistance, proven through thousands of hours of testing.

The belts exceed USA RMA published ratings levels and are designed to perform at the identical or higher level than all other major USA manufacturers' belts of the same type. Due to superior chemistry and optimized belt design, the X3 belts lose less energy due to bending than any competitor wrapped, uncogged belts.
