BESTORQ V-Ribbed belts are designed for high-speed and/or high drive ratio applications, providing smooth, vibration-free performance in a single, compact drive belt. Made of heat and abrasion-resistant materials, these belts offer long life. The ribs are truncated for maximum flexibility, reduced heat buildup, and longer belt life. The truncated ribs prevent the belt from bottoming out in the sheave grooves, increasing traction and reducing slip. This also allows the belt to better tolerate debris in the sheave grooves. The thinner total belt section enhances the energy efficiency of the belts.

The belts feature high-temperature synthetic rubber polymer throughout, with the ribs and back of the belt precisely molded for smooth, clean, and vibration-free operation. The ribs contain fiber reinforcement in the rubber for excellent wear resistance and long belt life. The rubber directly surrounding the tensile member cables is compounded for great adhesion to the tensile member cords.

The helically wound tensile cords are specially engineered, twisted, heat and chemically set, polyester material. Testing has proven that the tensile decay properties of BESTORQ Cord are of the highest quality, truly World Class.

The BESTORQ V-Ribbed belts meet or greatly exceed all requirements of the USA belt standard RMA IP-26 for V-Ribbed belts. In many cases, the belts exceed the RMA IP-26 belt horsepower rating levels by 80%. They are designed to perform at identical or higher levels than all other major USA Manufacturer's belts of the same type.
